We implement strict security measures to safeguard data. Access is encrypted, role-restricted, and compliant with educational data standards where applicable (FERPA, COPPA).

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell personal data. Information is shared only when necessary to operate core platform services— such as authentication, hosting, and payment processing via trusted partners like Firebase and Stripe.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can request account deletion or data export at any time by contacting support@providencesociety.com. Upon deletion, all classroom and grading data are permanently removed.

6. Children’s Privacy

DCM is intended for use by educators and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verified parental or school consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Any material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email.
